Salt, storms, sun, and sand destroy ordinary outdoor construction. Marblu exists because enduring that climate — beautifully — is an engineering discipline, not a landscaping job.
What we believe
Anyone can make a backyard look good in a photograph. We build for the tenth summer — when the photograph is still accurate.
The name
Marblu is inspired by the ocean — its depth, strength, and timeless beauty. “Mar” reflects the sea; “Blu”, the calm, clarity, and enduring nature of water.

The ground decides everything
Florida’s sandy soils sink patios, tilt decks, and crack tile. We rebuild the ground before we build on it — stabilized subgrades, engineered sub-bases, drainage designed like infrastructure. It is invisible on day one and undeniable in year ten.
Weather is a design input
Category-rated wind loads, salt air, UV that bleaches lesser materials, storms that drop four inches of rain in an hour. Every material and fastener we specify is chosen against this climate — not the brochure’s.
Bureaucracy is our job, not yours
Permits, engineering stamps, HOA architectural reviews, inspections. We prepare, submit, and carry every approval. Our clients experience one thing: the work, happening on schedule.
Restraint is the luxury
No trend materials, no crowded designs, no visible hardware. The spaces we build feel inevitable — as if the architecture always intended them. That takes more discipline than decoration ever will.

Design
A site consultation, then a complete design: materials, drainage, engineering, and a fixed scope. We prepare permits and HOA submissions — you approve, we handle the paperwork.

Execution
A dedicated crew, a published schedule, and a clean site every evening. The engineering happens below the surface; the discipline is visible above it.
III
Reveal
A final walkthrough measured against the design — joint by joint. You receive documentation, warranties, and a space built to outlast its photographs.
